NRGY Fitness Center was created with your wellness, vitality and well-being in mind. The facility incorporates free and machine weights, two group fitness studios and a variety of cardio equipment, each equipped with individual televisions.We guarantee you will feel empowered and motivated in this space. We are passionate as a healthcare facility, to help encourage the nourishment of your mental and physical health. Our mission is help you feel as though you are walking into a safe and relaxing space before, during or after your busy day. The NRGY Fitness Center App is here to help register for classes and to receive friendly reminders of new and upcoming events! Listed below are the classes that are currently offered. (this is subject to change) PiYo – PiYo is a fun, challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance and get a great stretch! The class is a little different each time, but always a great workout! Total Body Tone – This one-hour class focuses on the full body, particularly arms, legs, and core. Using equipment and body weight exercises, this class focuses on toning muscles with intermittent cardio intervals. Every class is something different and you never know what you’re going to get because it is a surprise every time! Boot Camp – An intense boot camp style class incorporating high and low movements, plyometrics, and elements from the Navy Seal training program perfect for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. Prepare to sweat and push yourself to the next level Kickboxing – This class is a combination of cardio, boxing and marital arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Come try one of the most popular fitness trends and kick, jab, cross, hook and uppercut your way to a fitter you! Tai Chi is a nontraditional form of exercise, which is used to help participants improve postural stability, control of body positioning, gait initiation and locomotion, movement symmetry, and coordination; increase the range of motion around ankle joints; and build strength in lower extremities. The NRGY Fitness Center is a state of the art fitness facility that was constructed in 2016 on the third floor of Nicholson Tower, where the Troy Aikman Center once was.
